Kyle C. Rudkin has 10 years of professional experience in the
construction industry. His career in construction began in 1994 as a
laborer on a multi-million dollar yacht renovation project. Kyle has since
earned his degree in Construction Management from the University of Washington
and has turned his focus to commercial and residential construction.
In 1999, Kyle joined a commercial specialty contractor as an Estimator and
Project Manager. He was responsible for bidding projects in the Seattle
area up to $5 million, which included medical facilities, office buildings,
bio-tech buildings, museums and high-end residential projects. After
project award, Kyle's responsibilities included project cost control,
productivity management, compliance with plans and specifications, schedule
maintenance, specialized construction detailing, subcontractor and vendor
proposal analysis, subcontract writing and general contract modifications.
In 2004 Kyle joined a prominent Seattle law firm as an in-house Construction
Consultant focusing almost exclusively on multi-family construction defect
litigation. As a consultant, Kyle helped manage building defect claims
including the analysis of investigations, repair scopes and repair estimates.
Kyle has and continues to work closely with most of the consultants and
contractors who provide services for building defect claims in the Puget Sound
area. Now at Corke Amento Kyle continues to provide litigation support for
construction defect cases, as well as providing construction management services
on repair projects. |
