Denise Dana studied at the University of Houston where she earned her Master of Architecture degree in 1998. In 2003 she became both a LEED accredited professional and a Registered Architect. Denise brings with her a varied background in both residential and commercial architecture, ranging from single family homes to complex, multi-million dollar facilities including the Antioch University Renovations in Seattle and the Halliburton Fitness Center in Houston. Over the past 10 years, Denise's experience includes preparation of contract documents, consultant coordination, maintaining direct client communication, submission to Code and Regulatory authorities, and construction administration. In 1998 she was presented with the American Institute of Architects Certificate of Merit for academic excellence. At Corke Amento, Denise will apply her experience to participate in on-site investigation documentation and coordination, prepare repair scope documents, analyze repair estimates, assist clients and legal professionals during the resolution phase, prepare repair drawings and specifications, conduct construction administration, and lead the Corke Amento architectural services team. |
